Press releases for Jacksonville Speech and Hearing Center

Jacksonville Speech & Hearing COVID-19 Update

COVID-19 Update

Effective immediately, the Jacksonville Speech & Hearing Center will be providing patient care exclusively through telehealth (online/virtual therapies and services). The clinic is suspending all in-person patient visits at 1010 N. Davis Street until further notice. We have made this decision in the best interests of our patients and staff, and in compliance with Governor Ron DeSantis’ Executive Order #2020-72.

We will continue to provide patient care through our telehealth program as a safe alternative that is in compliance with the Governor’s orders. Telehealth will enable us to keep our patients’ health and safety at the forefront of our protocols, while ensuring that they are still able to receive quality care. We are grateful for the opportunity to continue serving our patients in their homes through these technological advancements.

Patients with questions regarding our telehealth program or appointment scheduling may contact us at (904) 355-3403 or

We appreciate your flexibility and understanding during this time of change. We will continue to provide service updates via email, our website, and social media platforms.

Thank you for your ongoing support. We wish you and your loved ones continued safety, health, and happiness.
